WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

Through the  National Marketing & Farmers Organistion, we empower thousands of Sierra Leonean women entrepreneurs through tailored marketing, micro‑finance, and business development programs that support long‑term economic growth. Through our Women’s Empowerment Programs, we provide training, access to small loans, and practical support in farming and trade, helping businesswomen across the nation build sustainable incomes, strengthen their communities, and secure a better future for their families.

NMO supports farming as a pathway to trade and sustainable development by helping smallholder farmers improve their production, access better markets, and adopt practices that protect the land for future generations

In 2014, the National Marketing & Farmers Organisation (NMO) led a public health campaign focused on raising awareness about Ebola and supporting its eradication. Through community outreach, education, and collaboration with local leaders, NMO helped families understand how to prevent infection, recognize symptoms early, and protect their communities

Supporting the less previledge

NMO is expanding its impact by launching the organisation in other cities, bringing support in farming, trade, and women’s empowerment to more communities. By working with local leaders and partners, NMO helps create new opportunities for income, education, and sustainable development beyond its original base.
